I wonder if this would expose exactly how much Royal Mail pay POL for the inter business agreement that everyone is getting excited about?

It looks like they'll have to declare all their costs. So, yes, it should be in there.

And one assumes the content would be laid bare as well, which would be useful, we could see what exactly is being paid for.

I'll be surprised if WE get access to it. It'll be the competitors, Governments, etc., who're likley to have access. Then again. I might be pleasantly surprised. Only time will tell.
