When you look at the news coverage of Royal Mail at the moment, from across the nation, weather apart, there is a catalogue of failures to maintain services. Yet what we hear from those in the know is that everything in the garden is rosy and that there are teething problems only..........now we shouldn't always believe what we read in the newspapers but my office alone has had three adverse reports since the revision. Judging from other areas we are definitely not alone. Today we had 70 A4 sheets of redeliveries of one description or another.....................
