A pensioner has died after she was in a collision with a Royal Mail van.
The woman, believed to be 80, was trapped under the van and had to be freed by firefighters.
It happened in Vernon Street, Bolton, at 9am today.
She was taken to hospital, but died shortly afterwards. The road was closed for three hours.
Police are looking for witnesses.
