WE all know that the future of the Royal Mail is uncertain at this time, but I felt I had to write to you to highlight a recent example of excellence by our major mail-carrier.
A package of books, sent by ordinary Air Mail to an address just outside Montreal in Canada, was posted from a post-box in North Bristol on Thursday, July 29.
Imagine my surprise and delight when I heard from my friend in Canada that this package was delivered on Monday, August 2.
This really shows the high levels of service to which the Royal Mail can rise when given a chance.

Employees of Royal mail do/did feel proud to work for such a business.
It's just such a shame to see it being run into the ground by greedy target and bonus driven cockroaches and vultures.
