Christine Bleakley honours Inverurie postie

TV PRESENTER Christine Bleakley honoured an Inverurie postman for his outstanding contribution.

The television star presented Graham Watson, of Inverurie Delivery Office, with a First Class People Award at a ceremony in London.

The 41-year-old, who was one of three people to receive the prestigious honour, was recognised for raising £10,000 for various charities over the past four years, including Breast Cancer Care.

Christine said: “In the UK, our postmen and women are a group of very remarkable people who contribute so much to our society.

“Their acts of kindness, fundraising and commitment to volunteering, make a real difference to the communities across the UK where they live and work.”
