For an additional fee of 50p, you can arrange for your item to be delivered to a local Post Office® branch, where you can collect it.

* From February 1st 2010 the price for Local Collect will increase to £1.50. This means that you will pay £1.50 when you turn up to collect your item, either on or after the 1st February irrespective of the date you arranged the redelivery.

so be aware if recommending this to customers!!
