It always seems to work well when I go in, it's just a shame that people who write in don't have all the facts. Virginia could have been served in under two minutes if she had noticed the very large post-and-go machines that are bright red and situated right by the entrance.

If she could have let the mist settle she may have noticed them!

Give our post office a break, they work very hard to provide a good service at a very busy time of year. Will this be printed? I wonder, as it seems it's only one way traffic of negative views about our post office lately.

Since the system changed there has always been a member of staff by the ticket machine who has always been more than happy to offer help and advice with any queries I have had in the past.

I suggest that instead of waiting 45 minutes in the future Virginia should consider using this source, of help and advice, as I am sure it will aid her to be on her way in much less time.
