The parents of a man who was shot dead in a failed robbery are to sell the Worcestershire post office where the attack happened.
Craig Hodson-Walker, 29, was killed at Fairfield Post Office on 9 January.

Three men were found guilty on Wednesday of his murder and the attempted murder of his father, Ken.

The family said the memories of what had happened and Mr Hodson-Walker's problems with his health meant they would have to sell the store.

Anselm Ribera, 34, and Christopher Morrissey, 32, both from Birmingham, and Declan Morrissey, 34, of Solihull, will be sentenced on Friday.

'Brutally shot'

Craig Hodson-Walker was shot in the heart as he attempted to fight off the three masked raiders who had broken into the family's post office and general store.

At a press conference after the verdicts on Wednesday, Judy Hodson-Walker, 57, said they had received "fantastic support" from the local community since the murder of her son.

Mrs Hodson-Walker, who confronted the raiders with a curtain pole, said the family's lives had been "destroyed by the mindless dregs".

She said: "I have had to endure living and working in a place where my son was so brutally shot, walking daily past the spot where I held him in my arms, dying, as his beautiful blue eyes slowly turned lifeless."

Mrs Hodson-Walker said the family had also received "fabulous support" from the Post Office since the attack.
