RM Exposed

Post by Geezer »

Please read this. It has been leaked from London, but to be frank about it, does anyone seriously think that what is happening in London is not happening Everywhere ?

The email is unbelievable and shows just how hyped up these managers are. One purpose - smash the union and collect their bonuses - period

Looking into my crystal ball for a minute, in a few years he'll send another one to his beloved managers....

"Who thought that Royal Mail actually gave a flying f*** about you? You did!
Who sold their souls to the devil? You did!
Who accelerated their own career demise in Royal Mail? You did!
Who lost their job because of savage managerial cuts? You did!
Who got a massive bonus for screwing you over? Er...yeah I did!!"

Has this been 'passed' on to the media?
We need to get this stuff out in the open

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Slaps on backs all round. Little do these areselickers realise their jobs and terms and conditions are next. Part-time workforce needs a part-time management.

Oh its genuine and we have tried unsucussfully with the media , the only ones who have printed was the SWP. Royal Mail know we have it and now its going to all the London members so they can see the type of managers we have running this company. Funny enought this manager agreed the first 4 day week in London and then boasts he was the first to take it out.

they've been on too many " motivational " courses :hmmmm  ( the walk of fire used to be the in vogue one ) , it does sound very " sales " :hmmmm :hmmmm - it's almost beyond parody that memo ?

With that 80's style Hatchet Men in charge management style , the top people ( who were in reality just Empire Builders of the worst kind ? ) eventually go to pastures new , the people that are left are got rid of as they're not needed anymore - they were only there in the first place to make people at the top of the food chain feel safe -they were no more than useful idiots ?

- all the memo is corporate claptrap - it's just a " nice way " of saying " When we've finished with that rabble in blue shirts , We'll be looking for you " - Kind Regards .

It never fails to amaze me how gullible and naive some RM managers have been and still are about the Corporate World . :d'oh!

Is this the 'Clever Trevor' of the sadly missed Ian Drury song?

Seems like lots of people know this Trev as well. Love to meet him in a pub for a chat.
