Has any one seen the document? Any links to a site where the document is published?

No. but there was mention of the contents on the news this morning--basically R/M are going into their threatening mode---promising they will deal very harshly with us--all designed to try and weaken the resolve----do they not realise it is this behaviour that has brought around the strike action?

No they do not.They think this sort of behaviour is acceptable.They are not very bright and they are out of touch with the real world.Let them carry on.Anyone who is at all interested can read the Hooper report which heavily criticises Royal Mail management for being incompetent.Incompetence breeds bullying.

If it's anything like our office, it will be there for months at least. The noticeboard is a good fifteen yards from the DOM's office, and he would have a heart attack if he ever tried to make that distance. There are still letters from Tom Jackson on our noticeboard.
