No they do not. They think this sort of behaviour is acceptable. They are not very bright and they are out of touch with the real world.Let them carry on.Anyone who is at all interested can read the Hooper report which heavily criticises Royal Mail management for being incompetent.Incompetence breeds bullying.stokes11eg wrote:No. but there was mention of the contents on the news this morning--basically R/M are going into their threatening mode---promising they will deal very harshly with us--all designed to try and weaken the resolve----do they not realise it is this behaviour that has brought around the strike action?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Hold tight

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: the 'Document'
If it's anything like our office, it will be there for months at least. The noticeboard is a good fifteen yards from the DOM's office, and he would have a heart attack if he ever tried to make that distance. There are still letters from Tom Jackson on our noticeboard.hairyjack wrote:Yeah, nice one dude. This is going straight on the notice board in the morning.
Not sure how long it'll be there.
