TNT Post statement on potential Royal Mail Industrial action

We hope that a resolution can be reached between Royal Mail and the unions before any strike action takes place. However, we are putting in place contingency plans to mitigate any impact on our customers.

Mail Services

We are in ongoing discussions over the potential impact industrial action may have on Royal Mail's obligations to us under our downstream access agreement and will continue to keep customers informed with any updates.


Doordrop Services

At this stage there are no indications that Royal Mail Door to Door will be impacted, however, TNT Post will monitor the situation closely and will inform our customers if the situation changes or is likely to change.

In the unlikely event that Royal Mail suspends its door to door service as a result of industrial action TNT Post (Doordrop Media) will do everything possible to minimise the disruption to our customers. Where possible we will ensure that all TNT Post clients are provided with an individual doordrop coverage solution, we have a number of options available if required including TNT Own Network solutions and TNT's Newshare product.
