BT hands multi-million pound transpromo deal to RR Donnelley

BT has awarded a multi-million pound transpromo contract to RR Donnelley's Global Document Services arm.

The contract is described as 'multi-year' and covers full-colour transpromo, multichannel delivery and personalisation for BT's customer communications, such as bills, letters and statements.

The deal also covers fulfilment and postal optimisation, including RR Donnelley's InfoCenter that enables work to be tracked from receipt of BT data to final delivery to Royal Mail. The company will physically deliver BT communications to Royal Mail regional distribution centres.

The work will be handled by RR Donnelley's Global Document Solutions UK division.
