POSTAL workers in Nailsea and Portishead are set to be the next in line to take industrial action against Royal Mail.
The results for two ballots of about 40 employees at Nailsea and 35 in Portishead were expected to be announced yesterday.
If strike action is voted for, the walk-out will take place within 28 days and affect post in Nailsea, Backwell, Barrow Gurney and Portishead areas.
The Communication Worker Union is in dispute with the Royal Mail over modernisation plans for the service.
