For bonus read bounty. Before the 2007 strike a similar bounty was paid. The business mentality is that it "buys loyalty" and while it works with some managers
(who would behave the way they do unpaid) others see through the scam.

I wonder just how much blood money bonus they get for each worker they get rid of?
No doubt with their new innovative delivery methods there will be a manager somewhere who will cream it in by managing to get rid of his entire delivery staff and still meet all of his quality targets
