Rapp appoints Bradshaw as MD of data division
Rapp has poached Royal Mail’s head of data strategy Colin Bradshaw to become managing director of its data division.
Bradshaw will take up the role within the data division -formerly called Identex - in January. He will work closely with Rapp’s chief executive Global Data Solutions, Thomas Funk.
At Royal Mail Bradshaw’s role encompassed strategic leadership of the company’s data strategy, spearheading the development of new data tools and leadership of Royal Mail’s intelligent mail programme.
Bradshaw has spent ten years at Royal Mail in a variety of roles including head of International Products and marketing director for the company’s top 1000 businesses. Before joining Royal Mail Bradshaw worked as senior marketing manager at Lloyds TSB.
Funk says: “When I took over the global data role one of my first priorities was to begin integrating Rapp’s data capabilities in the UK with its marcomms offering. With that in place and the re-brand complete it is time for phase two and that starts with putting a top flight managing director in place to ensure we build on the tremendous progress we have made.”
Bradshaw comments: “Rapp is peerless in its understanding of the value of data and how to use it to inspire great marketing communications. I’m delighted to be joining an organisation that can provide such an integrated offering, encompassing everything from data to media and digital – everything a client requires to achieve a truly customer centric business approach.”

Do you know something? With all these senior bods leaving, who would no doubt be on share bonuses and preferred options, it may just be that we won't be sold off after all - even Leighton is on his way soon.

With those having already left, Leighton going in March, just think what our 50/50 share could be if we got rid of lil adam too
The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.
The time has come for union.
