Today's I.D.S. letter, in layman's terms please.
Today's IDS letter to all "share-holders", is this just a notice of intent to attempt a possible takeover ?
(I think 1 offer has already been rejected).
Could someone explain in simple layman's terms, if I have misunderstood the contents of the letter.
Much appreciated.

You're thinking of other governments. Over here we lead the way in flogging off national assets to other countries' state enterprises.
Any Questions?
Yeah, how do I get out of this chickenshit outfit?
