It's the worst deal I have ever seen any union get for its members.
Royal Mail got what they wanted, a toe-in-the-door to pare back our sick pay until we get virtually nothing.
And a promise that our delivery spans will get longer, and our walks get bigger.
I am now going to quit the union. It is too ineffective, there hasn't been a deal agreed by the Royal Mail and CWU, in all the time I have been with Royal Mail, that has improved my working life.
Not. A. Single. One.
And this latest sorry episode, has to be the poorest of the poor.
I really pity those with years left to go in this God-forsaken company, I really do.
