Well much as I am loathe to disagree with you - that posting wasn't in any shape or form details of an agreement. If it did exist - and I don't want to frighten everyone with the Town Hall steps - why hasn't the bones of it been published?

I see it as a way to remove older full timers and break the union, although it's what I do now but I know most of the ones in my office would be unable to complete another duty and with bankable hours would be made to complete the duty.
