No communication from the CWU on this - nothing new there then!
You had better hope it was enough training because with no agreement from the CWU H/Q if anything goes wrong you and thousand's of us all will be at the beck and mercy of our line manager's and DOM'S!. WE ALL COULD BE DOWN THE ROAD QUICKER THAN LEWIS HAMILTON!. :evil/mad

We took out normal cards as a backup. I'm not against using them but think we should have more 'training'. Our line managers have not been trained on them yet, so I know more than they do (not difficult)! Without any communication or advice from the union, what am I supposed to do, refuse? In any case I've long since given up on the CWU now, all the drivers in my office have been harassed for nearly a year now to take out part and half walks in addition to their own duties, whilst failing the packets/parcels. This, whilst walkholders are still job and finish. Is this fair, no! Phase 3 is supposed to be implemented by now but this is still happening. Its about time the CWU got its act together as there seems to be nothing but confusion in most offices I know of. :arrrghhh
