Posties work on after their pay is stopped

royal mail threatened to sack lads they would only not sack them if reps agreed absorptin in this office they were bluntly told we will not do a deal on absorption here they cme up with the following deal. the deal is not a deal in return for lads going back on pay local rep would help identify 5 walks that they (royal mail) think would be good for absorption local reps asserteted that is all they would do, and in no way should royal mail think in any way were saying this absorption would be done or could be done and told them they manage the building they have tried absorption here before and it has resulted in big cut offs and we told them we couldent see anything different happening should they try and bring this in on a monday or tuesday .local rep and div rep then asked for go slow process to be stopped and all verbals and written warnings tobe recinded royal mail said remove grievances and they would ,reps agreed to only remve grievances soley relating to go slow process and we not stop any relating to anything else of which there are many.so go slow process removed.two lads happy one lad wanted to go whole hog tribunal etc but changed his mind but still wants to leave when he gets chance . so the reps got them back on pay fordoing nothing other than giving them 5 walk numbers and im privy to info royal mail even picked them theirselves .peterborough has gave nothing and will continue to give nothing untill this dispute is well over
