in answer to your question , there is never going to be a fair wage or set figure in a Capitalist System. its a constant battle between Capital and Labour and the need for Capital to make a profit. therefore , they will pay in wages what they can get away with.

cloberly obvious management material...... as he has no intentions of listening to the voice of reason ....and Moya Greene only gave back £120,000 of the £250,000 she's :shock: purported to have received think she's got her nose in the trough up to her eyes

Axeman never going manager as enjoy my job so much and the thought of listening to posties moaning all the time no thank you. Also the other point about her only giving £120000 back she has already given back the other part. work out what tax rates are for the rich you know it's a lot of money now 45% and was 50% plus ni contributions
