Before belittling his position could I suggest you research the Industrial Workers of the World. You may then understand his political stance on mangers. If you haven't or decide not to then I am afraid it will only weaken your arguments.

To help here is a link to the wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industrial ... _the_World - enjoy.
Teebs! I believe we'll make a Wob out of you yet! Seriously, I realise that if any of these individuals ever met me, they wouldn't dream of saying these things to my face. On the other hand, I never think twice about telling them where they stand.
Message Board Bravado .... seen it all B4 :cool

At least I have a positive attitude about my destructive habits !!

Well I was going to point him at the IWW site http://www.iww.org/ but it would take him to long to navigate the site thought it best to give him it in 1 page  . Also your right the more I hear from managers in RM the closer I get to your position.

Or you, when you lean on the quiet, the new starters, the vulnerable, like the bullying scum you are.

Many of the posties I know who are socialist, communist, anarchist, syndicalist arrived at that position because of Royal Mail managers and their inability to deal with people in a proper way.

Budfrog------ didnt take you too long to show your true colours !! you are a disgrace to your class. most of the managers that used to be postman that i know , certainly never worked any harder than your average postman. in fact from what i have been told the job was much easier 10 years ago than it is now [12 years service] and i have listened to many a story how they spent alot of the time in the pub at xmas time [ while on duty]. now they lapse duties left, right and centre and expect us to cover these jobs with no extra pay or bonus and at the end of the week ,Tossers like you still expect more. :mad

Short memory ... said earlier I have never managed any staff nor have any desire to.

The views I post on this MB are open and honest. Believe me, believe me not, I will not lose any sleep over it.

Could carry this on for a few threads yet however better things to do.

Like I said earlier, best of luck with the IE, I sincerely hope U win !!

I prefer Firefox or Opera To IE. IE is way to clunky.

But if you mean IA - thanks you will benefit.
