Postal temps are delivering a 'better service' than the stri

when i was a new postie i spent 4 months being moved around different walks
even got sent out to other offices so i know how it feels to be dropped in the deep end
with a map like this casual labour.
i can honestly say i never once outperformed the walks regular postman (although i did well considering a few times)
its just not credible. Either they cant be doing a full round or they are having the walks
pre preped by other staff? allowing them to get out of the office earlier.

I totally agree .last time we had temps,It was ,minimum 2 temps to 1 walk,sometimes more if they were small framed females unable to carry a male sack !
The complaints were e recprd high.

Surely even RM wouldn't let the temps fail?

The resulting publicity would be very damaging. In previous times - Christmas etc - the posties have been around to clear up the mess but now they are on their own.
