Legal guy on the news said any manager carrying out a striking post persons work will be breaking the law, but they have always done that.

The same goes with the employment of casuals too - about time these unlawful acts were challenged in the High Courts.

Makes me laugh :dance :dance , this has being going on in our office for ages.... We have 100 posties, on most day get 5/6 managers, 2 of which just throw rounds out, another (failed senior manager dumped on us)goes in @ 6 throws a round out then delivers it, thats all he does has 2 extra hours than us and has RM transport to deliver a cycle round. When i was off last week they put a manager on my walk he did the job in total BUT went in 40 mins early delivered the round in his car and finished 45 mins late, it has took me 3 days to put his miss deliveries right (5 buisnesses through 1 letterbox  etc)....Yet they want to put an extra 30 mins on under their revision  ...... Want us to feel sorry now they are under pressure GET REAL :funneh :funneh
