and with pensions if its so hopeless and we wont affect the outcome why is the Managers Union also fighting the changes. I personally think that eventually there will be some agreement and that the final position will be somewhere between Royal Mails final and unchangeable position (I am sure they were saying that about pay 1 year ago ) and the Unions line in the sand position.

After all politics is the art of comprise.

No, nothing's changed; still going to get less pension no matter who posts what load of hypothetical rallying calls and fighting talk on here.
How about you (and others) realising that RM would dearly love to pay posties £500 per week plus loads of overtime plus a pension of £1000 per week, because that's how to keep the staff morale up and increase productivity, but there you go, back in the real world realism (unfortunately) prevails, and there IS no magic cupboard stuffed full of spare cash to pay for these things.

Changing it n our office . we've got a Tman clone ,got a bit to outspoken whilst bullying a staff member not up to fighting his corner . All went quiet ,but seems Ttype misjudged the mood ,and 14 separate complaints were independently lodged . Solidarity and fairness, you can't beat it

Funnily enough, we have Bell-hop clone at our place, but he's pretty much ignored too.
I guess everyone finds the mixture of condescension and ignorance too much to bear..
