Royal Mail bins union agreement

It was clear as day when we got that 5% Royal Mail would want their pound of flesh.I see bullying is writhe at my office only the other week a manager was bullying a postie he only picks on the weak ones,someone shouted bully,this person was then moved to another sorting office while the manager stayed put where was the union didnt want to know,seems to me too many union reps are there for the easy ride dont rustle management feathers and you will be left alone is what i believe is the unions policy.Our health and safety rep is a joke does sweet FA for us,the business is collapsing the share price shows this i still have mine and am waiting for the BOGUS share deal we were offered many years ago coming back to haunt us.do you remember those we now get £100 a year for the remaining ten years that are left,letters are in decline but we are not in the same league as some other parcel delivery firms ,our system is outdated i believe it will end up like British Rail which was then dissolved into regional bussines i.e Mersey Rail,Trans Pennine ETC.

This will never end well for Royal Mail you can't go back on promises especially with a strong union like the CWU. What are they playing at,i'm just glad i sold my shares i can see them plummeting again.
