Enhanced 2nd CL , Next day delivery with in the M/C Collection Area (Day B ), Distant Mail Day After (Day C as now ),

More likely a 3 day time scale for all the letters and flats so that all the mech letters could be sequenced in one.

Dispatches timed to arrive in the Inward M/C no later than Mdt , you would not getting 1st Class Mail arriving Hard Up against the Inward M/C,s Day B

Won't happen, not enough letters and flats to justify the costs of that, plus you'd have to have a really, really early cut-off time for collections

LAT ,which is i presume is what is dispatched on Wave 2

Our LAT comes through in time to go out on wave 2. It basically has to otherwise it won't get processed as earlies don't have the time, space or staff to process it. To date I've not seen any mail marked up as LAT

That is what i am saying , distant mail would be dispatched as now on the day after posting ( Day B ) with an arrival time into the Inward M/C no later than MDT ,for Delivery on Day C ,all you would receiving after MDT would be "Premium Service Items " i.e Special Deliveries Etc
