All this should have been sorted the end of last year. April 1st is always pay rise time, so why wasn't all this shenanigans being done last year. Leave it, leave it, it might go away, seems to be RM's remit. I'm afraid RM will get all it deserves. Heavens knows what the main shareholders(not us workers) but the big corporate holders are thinking at the moment.

One reason is because the CWU always start negotiating far too late. If the pay rise is due 1st April, they should by right start negotiating around 1st December. Sounds daft but these things take time, and they should know that RM will always play silly games, as they are now. Crap leadership tbh.

Last year we got a pay rise it was 1% it's from April this year but it's not just pay it's what Royal Mail wants from us all our pensions and working hours conditions so get voting and vote for your future vote YES!

Running a smear campaign against your employees in the local press is not going to have the effect of making us give up, quite the opposite. I almost want to go on strike regardless of negotiations now! :)

Yes there is.

It isn't JUST about pay. Far from it.
Pensions are by far the most important issue.
Though there are a couple more major issues too.

All the issues mentioned above but a change in attitude at the top is what is really needed and that will not come sitting on a fence or reading stories in papers. Get voting you have only tomorrow left for HYS of a different kind where the employer actually listens to us instead of dictating too us all.
