the ballot papers are numbered to prevent fraud if the were not anyone could just photocopy as many as the y want !

Out of all the branches who actually recommended a NO vote only 9 actually managed to achieve this.

lovejoy you seem to have a lot of information about the SECRET ballot, how do you know only 9 acheieved it? and if thats the case why dont you name the 9??? I think youre talking sh**e if you think we will get a break down of the vote, so give us some proof that only 9 acheived this??
