One of the big attractions of RM despite all the s**t we haave to put up with is the finishing times, which have gone later but are still mid afternoon at the latest for most. Meddle with those times at theeir peril. Mass exodus is the right. After a punishing strike they might change their minds.

Yes, there's a difference between "out of work" and "out at work".
