So can the union membership organise a ballot for a <no confidence~ vote in the union leadership and how will that affect proceedings which I sense are heading towards a yes vote?

this was emailed to me by another union member but its sad to say it is all true where ever it came from, in our delivery office its all over the notice board put there by managers, flexability , pensions, covering each other, longs and shorts ,everything what we did not want and we only get the 1.5 percent next year if we agree to all the flexbility requests its aslo on the union site cwu
