Wonder if the 'transformation costs' are sacking posties for things they didn't do? Then having to pay lawyers to defend the 'evidence'/'belief' they had to make the sacking, make managerial promotions (?), then when the ET is lost they choose to ignore the judge and so have to pay compensation.
Insult is the compensation is capped so is so low it's probably what chief makes per minute! Watch your backs, it's all completely 'legal'.
