But he did it in a style I find offensive and thuggish - exactly what you seem to claim you dislike.bustedflush wrote:ah, redeye, don't start telling the truth on here for god's sake, you'll be shouted down. Well i must be a crap rep and i must hang my head in shame but before i do tell me Wats ground BREAKING about this DEAL. Is it the 0.4 pay rise the union negotiated is this ground BREAKING. Is it the five year deal that takes the right to strike nationally away and royal mail can walk away at anytime. Is it the the pressure on delivery staff day to day that has been kicked into the long grass after the ballot wen we won't be able to threaten strike. Is it the constant mention in the deal of efficiency and productivity " individual performances" where managers Will pressure more work on staff. So like i said tell Wats ground BREAKING about this deal and ill go hang my head in shane.redeye67 wrote:Any rep who thinks its a crap deal obviously is a crap rep who lacks any common sense to fully understand it personally it's a good deal no other union in uk has secured what CWU have done and as for all the drama queens moaning over last few weeks slagging union off hang your heads in shame and before any other idiot says it's a no strike deal plz read it again fully or ask some one with brains to explain it fully
