We have had the tnt boys&girls delivering in south west london for three months now, they have no redirections service, so we get blamed , customer complaints have gone through roof, we get all there dead letters, if they can't find a delivery point they put a sticker on the letter delivered by royal mail and put back in our system, they have no delivery standards, you 've been warned manchester.

Well I know it is good you tell us all how it is and how it will be everywhere if we do not act and stand up for one and all up and down our nation all at the same time!careful wrote:We have had the tnt boys&girls delivering in south west london for three months now, they have no redirections service, so we get blamed , customer complaints have gone through roof, we get all there dead letters, if they can't find a delivery point they put a sticker on the letter delivered by royal mail and put back in our system, they have no delivery standards, you 've been warned manchester.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

What happens when they take all the TNT post marked mail off us and deliver it themselves?

That is what they are already doing Heapsy, but only where it is profitable for them to do so. This is why part of industrial action should include downstream access mail ban.

I'm actually talking about losing the mail, not delivering it for them. We are seeing TNT set up near us in Manchester so we wont be delivering their mail for much longer. It will be interesting to see Rms, or whatever we are called post privatisation, response.Lincox wrote:That is what they are already doing Heapsy, but only where it is profitable for them to do so. And eyeing up job cuts in the affected cities.
