It might work Crozier got nearly £3 million in 2005/6 and just over the same in 2007/8 - she is a little cheaper and is allegedly turning a better profit.

To be frank the argument is not based on her being paid more than us lackeys, but how much more it is. Its feeding into, and is caused by Fat Cats pay rises being more than their workers on a % basis, and that is so many times more.

Do you think there should be a limit based on the lowest paid workers for a company, or is the sky the limit.

She should get a payrise on the same basis as the rest of us, no bonus. So if we get a 'whopping' 2% she should get 2%. Let's face it she'd still end up getting a hell of alot more than us but at least I think It would show willing!

Remember crozier has moved on and is earning a lot more money now. No one with the experience these CEO have would take the jobs on for less than half a million if there weren't big bonuses tied in. I think posties get paid a fair wage for what we do and don't think we would get any where near the pay we get working for a private firm. Also look at the qualification she has and experience in different fields. If I had studied like her I think I might be her type of salary but I never studied and left school as soon as I could..pay rise would be nice though.

a Canadian masters degree . If you have studied for 10 years of your life and got the qualifications she has and I don't know what you do say delivery you must enjoy carrying a bag as I think you are to over qualified for this job. But then you might enjoy it

Just because someone has a masters degree that doesn't mean they should earn a vast amount, it also doesn't qualify her for the job.
There are many people around the world that have high qualifications, and earn less than posties. Cuba for instance, where fully qualified doctors are waiters instead because they can earn more from tips than they would be paid for saving peoples lives. Also, due to the financial meltdown of 2008, there are many people around the world and in this country who earn minimum wage because there are no jobs available that would suit their qualifications.

She, just like the idiots before her, hasn't done anything that most posties would have done. We all know the basic problems we face, some caused by previous CEO's, and could have made the same decisions they did.
The only reason they can get these levels of remuneration is that, if RM didn't pay them these amounts, they would simply go somewhere that would.

i was talking how long she had probably studied for as you well know you have to get your previous qualifications first. My misses took 7 years after her a levels to become a solicitor. Should she then get a big salary as hers is treble mine and I have none. I took 2 weeks to get my class 1 to sit on my arse. Happy days
