Deliverys will be hit far more than anywhere else in my book... How the feck can people cover each other on the drop of a hat just to keep the 50:50 share shite on a day where everyone has a urgent day ie kids, housework, and the like.. Not to mention the main issues.. PAY AND WORKING FOR FECK ALL that now we get paid for...

Its the nature of the job that people want to finish early and rush round... Ok we all know this will kill the job but peoples nature carrys on...

Not good... Workin to the 318 Is very very important now more than ever... In a MC like i work its not as bad with a finishng time but Job n knock is a problem when screws give a target that you hit and then they want to move you, Ive seen it.. They flood an area with people by moving them when that is done they chase the work along the pipeline.. IE. CFC, MTT. THEN LSM.. OR CFC, MANUAL STAMPING, TRUCKING TO PACKET AREA, SORTING then DIVS... The 318 is a baine to screws in a MC big time IF you stick to your duty...The cut in jobs is frightening that could happen this way... You work to a standard and that standard is the best of your ability... They cant touch you if you do your job and just your job.. They have to council you if they pull you for a go slow and over a period of time... Not just pull you... There is a IR framework to adhere to if pulled for being slow... IE screw asks if there is a problem>? asks if something can be done? asks is there anyway he/she can help? And then told to postie there will be monitered and tested and trained if need be... Not just.. WHOLLOP! "YOUR DONE FOR A GO SLOW!!!!!" Down the Code of Conduct As most screws do....


I WILL FIGHT EM OVER THESE STRINGS THAT THEY WANT... THEY AINT FAIR AND THEY ARE TAKING THE PISS... IF THEY WANT MORE WORK DONE.... PAY MORE MONEY.. EASY... END OF!!!!

I agree mate, but its Job n knock that has created the climate for the idiots who start early, use their cars etc. I do my job properly and lobby hard for others to do the same, but it falls on deaf ears because of the selfish twats loving of job n knock. I only wish I could think up a system which is fair and would stop the boy racers who murder the job.

Yeah we got one boy who often brags about how he can do the run in half the time it takes rest of us everyone keeps telling him he killing the job but would he listen makes the rest of us looks bad :( just the kind of employee RM would love

It's up to RM to prove that someone is spinning the job out or on a go slow then take action i.e . NCI's , Wilful Delay but if you cut corners RM will come back for more and they are only covering their sorry asses and trying to impress their supervisors .
