Re: HEY BELIAL!
Oh yeh sorry thought it was self evident ; £600 per week for 30 hour week immediate rolling strikes, no cessation until signed agreement, full transparency during talks ,ie. minutes published daily.mdtomuk wrote:THE ONLY PART OF YOUR PROPOSAL RM ARE GONNA AGREE TO IS THE MAXIMUM 30 HOUR WEEK!!!

-That's a topic on PMC "We are all on the AL/AC train" -praising their timing , the other one is" tell the CWU where to shove it "-"in fear of losing jobs , conditions worsening, growing disenchantment with the CWU's Hierarchy " -also they've a 19,000 stop paying subs topic . RM aren't that stupid but the PEC are looking like a lot of gormless, gullible fools.northyorks wrote:RM are just throwing as mcuh crap at the CWU as possible and praying they call an ALL OUT strike. As RM know that there is no way everyone will down tools for x amount of days. Not many people would be able to afford it with mortgages etc.
The CWU have cocked up big time here IMHO and I really can not see how they are going to rescue us from the looming disaster that awaits everyone.
RM have had all this planned for ages now and the CWU fell right into the trap.
I really hope I am the first to be proved wrong here.

In the begining of Oct the mail slows down for a couple of weeks, then all hell breaks loose, so I beleive lets play the silly games of C and L and then strike just as autumn pressure comes into play it will totally overwhelm them. Choose your battles carefully ensure you hold all the cards. The nearer Xmas the better, the public will go spastic! Brown the class traitor will recoil from the backlash look for someone to blame and bye bye L and C and Billy's future job will go down the drain to boot.

This continued stalling and hoping to hit RM at Christmas ain't gonna work. It relies on the same amount of support as was given at the start of the dispute and the public supporting us. The problems, getting the same amount of support is going to be difficult many of those who supported the strike reluctantly will feel that they have lost several days pay and months later the only changes that have occurred has been the implementation of early starts and RM bringing changes via Exc Action. The union at the moment has gained f*ck all other than to disenfranchise many members. The right wing press, of which all the popular dailies are not going to back the union.
The Public are less likely to support us at Christmas once they realise that my little boy won't be getting his Christmas present from Granny because the Postman won't deliver it, and the press even more so. I can see the headlines
POSTIES RUIN OUR CHRISTMAS.
It is everything that :lfo :cfo want it will deflect responsibility from themselves to the Nasty 70's style Union and Posties. A PR masterpiece. We must resume IA immediately.

Stronger
I am cosidered to be one of the stronger members of the CWU within my office, however even I am begining to think that all is lost
RM : Late starts , anualised hours , pegasus , Mails integrity checks
CWU : ((((((o)))))) BIG FAT SILENCE
Something needs to happen NOW - - - NOT the end of the week, NOW !
If we allow these changes to be brought in , then call for action....IT WILL BE TOO LATE !
CWU leadership....If you fail here, 1000's of members are ready to hand in their union cards. You will be the leadership that has presided over the biggest decline in membership EVER !
You ALREADY look FOOLISH in the eyes of many members for letting RM of the hook 5 weeks ago.....with NOTHING to show for it !
ACT NOW, or forever be sidelined......IF RM sideline you here, BT, NTL Ect. WILL do the same....viewing you as WEAK
Right now, with what we are about to lose in wages by RM cuts......SAVING £2.80 a week subs seems the only way my wages will go up this year !

[center]Soz Guys Im all over the vote of no confidence
In the ranks the weak are getting weaker.
And even the strong amongst us are beginning to wonder?
Why is it like this?
Im all over the the idea that RM have started to brainwash people with there propaganda.
We should never have suspended strikes back at the beginning of the so called calm.
Yes we have the moral high ground... but it did not stop the buisness going on on and on with there CR#P.
Im not really shore what the (PEC) have up there sleeve but it had better be a good bloody good trick.
It had better start with some big (IA) sadly its the only thing the big boyz listen to at old street.
If we come out of this in any form or shape in RM favour face it the job will not be worth having.
Cr#p pay
6-8 D 2 D For sod all pay.
Walking to late in the afternoon
Like now the weak ones running themselves around a delivery in a car paying upto 15-20 quid a week in petrol.
Coming in early to prep there walks.
Never take a break.
Pick up walking overtime when asked by management because they cannot get enough agency staff.
All this and they still perform like this dispite a 2.5% pay offer, flexable working I for one just cannot uderstand it.
Its Cr#p really Cr#p.
Please sombody restore the faith.
I keep expecting OBI ONE KENOBI to appear in a ray of light ghostly type figure.
USE THE FORCE TURPIN.
C What I Mean Im Losing It !
Well for now anyway !!!
