Sorry to hear that jalor... our health is worth much much more than royal mail or anything will ever be.. i hope you get better ok.. I think we will all suffer probs in later life if we do this job for 2 many years. i have been doing a walk for 7 years when i started it was fine 2.5 hour delivery was great and the morale was fairly good back then but now?????

Cookie mate im very much interested on this issue as 7 years ago i came off of Deliverys and been in a MC.. I still get a shadowing over my back just where i used to carry my bags... (lower left side of back hip) On cold days i still get a feeling of someone or thing pushing against my back slightly... It feels like im standing next to something brushing next to me... WIERD!!!

Is there any reason you could give just by this post of my symptoms??? I know its very vague but it would help.. As i had bad back probs before and get spasms sometimes.. Had a xray n all things.. Pushed n pulled.. My mate is in a bad way has just been in hospital with a growth on his back thank feck it was migline....

But his nerves are fecked and needs tabs to keep the endings making his arm and other areas twitch.. Nerve damage During op....

Im thinking that there must be something to do with the jobs we do even on a CFC in a MC or bag tipping.....

I get strange look at my frame and at IPS/packets when sorting or getting ready to go out. I used to be in the forces and they showed us how to do warming up an down exercises and I still do them. I even do them at home when I've finished will this help as (fingers crossed) I have had very few problems since starting the job 4-5 years ago.
