It starts from the ballot I think,so who`s right here?And are our marvellous union going to give us strike pay.....oh dear me no.

cant understand anyone saying they would go in when everybody else is out, if we dont stick together we will destroyed big time.
ok the union might have been shafted on this one but we still have the ability to close the network down quickly so lets fight the fight and stand up to crozier, leighton and brown

It seems that by the end of September most offices will be on 0615 starts. It will be near impossible to undo those early starts and go back to where we are now.

6.7% over two years. I wonder what that means?
Simplistically, you would expect 3.35% per year but at best I expect it is 3.3% for two years and more likely 3 rises over 2 years of 2.25%
A slightly better deal but not much!

Then let them call us out for a week, then let's see how long RM will let it go on! I know it will mean hardship for most members in the short term but we all know what will happen if they are allowed to impose the 'strings'! Lidls' will never let us starve! WE CAN win this, keep the faith!

Perhaps you could speak to your lender about deferring payment until the industrial action - which you support - is over?

Perhaps there are other savings you could make?

Perhaps you'll be one of those working til 65 with a reduced pension, grafting your arse off with 10 lots of households and part of another delivery because someone has gone off sick with stress - hey the choice is yours.

If you think that the strikes have nothing to do with mail centres then obviously you haven't been paying attention..look at some of the things not agreed on-FLEXIBLE WORKING,PENSIONS,MTSF,JOB SECURITY AND AUTOMATION..need I go on.

The fact is this dispute affects us all and we have to fight it together !

Get it rite, the strikes wer about all asspects, mail had been backed up for 6 days, that clogged mail cntrs, they couldnt get it all prossesed, they didnt have enough room on vans to get it distributed!! therefore it cldnt get deliverd. As for coming out the union and going into work, thats very smart, we hav seen it this far, see it through to the end, unity is strenth my friend!!
