Not yet we haven't Billy and last year we were below average(1.5%) and the year before that we were below average(2%) and the year before that we were below average(0%) and the year before that we were below average(1.5%)
That's without going down the dark alleys of D2D losses,Delivery Supplements,Shift Allowances and rampant inflation.
If you're going to tell a story tell the whole story not just the juicy bits.

Excellent FT even our own union has joined the RM ranks of tweaking the figures to make things look rosey :mad 1.5 + 2 + 0 +1.5 + 3 (this years proposed, rise mind we haven't got that yet :whistle ) / 5 years = 1.6% average when I was at school :sad: :sad: A deffinate decline in living standards when inflation is on average 3.5% + for those 5 years....... Not too much to blow your trumpet about Billy & Co :nana :nana
Add to that the loss in wages from BT 2010 and we're probably on less pay now than 3 years ago.
