All we need now is management to recognise that and give it their due attention - like giving us time in the work plan to do it.
I do my d2d in duty time 1/6th a day as instructed. If I go over my time i book over or cut off simples :cuppa
Ditto - but we know the rules and we apply them how many don't and how many do things "For a quiet life". That simple statement and "Local Agreements" just don't sit well together in my opinion and thats why I always want National Agreements that form a default position and that local agreements cannot go beyond. They should be allowed to get a better arrangement if all members agree, but they should not be able to go beyond the Nationaly agreed limits.

A just for instance - we should have say a minimum returning to office/puching off time at the end of the duty - say 10 minutes. Now if local conditions mean certain duties need 20 minutes then that is OK but management should not be allowed to override this and say the duty finishes at last letter, the 10 minutes (or whatever is agreed at national level) should be sacrosant.

Except that those who apply to opt out of receiving them, even more than once, don't seem to get added to our list of 'Do not deliver to'

Call me cynical but the BBC directors are the type to profit from the sale of RM so I expect that Panaroma will be a sales pitch in favour of D2D.
