Many thanks tis as i suspected:
Royal Mail has sent out an unagreed preference exercise which only has one question on it. That question is: Do you want to leave the company on VR? This is unlike any other preference exercise and has been done to deliberately scare individuals into thinking that they have no other choice.
clear choice is portrayed as help ! my experience is they take the flak off the managers
who are busy planning their own escape..

preferences should include offers of work in other mc's , work in delivery and milage packages also.
drivers can inquire about distribution and collection work.
I'm a postman-and i know where you live.....

cos part timers are working overtime, daily!
And if they did not, RM would be forced to offer better contracts. I agree.
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one
