Before you say anything I would have been a Card Carrying Tory in the 80s but now realise that the ConUservatives, are in it for personal gain, enrichment of the rich, and the access to power it brings. .
The sad fact is TBT that very few politicians of any persuasion aren't.
I think the expenses scandal and the fact that it enveloped all of the parties proved this.We are unfortunately in the age of the professional politician who has no real loyalties...the next obvious step would of course be a mid season transfer window...who would bet against Mandleson, given the opportunity.... moving to a more successful club?
It reminds me of that awful big brother T.V programme in that It may be better to ban anyone immediately who actively seeks to be involved.

Everytime I hear or read something on the news, which is suppose to undermine my mental state I might add, like TERROR (stay in your homes), Dangerous BACTERIA (wash everything), Consumer Prices RISE (dont eat, sh*t or bye anything), Perv in your area (keep a close eye on your kids, but not there friends), Animals Kill (dont feed the animals) and now the mental state of adults killing there children.
What the feck is going on people oh and the best brilliant ploy by government was the Car Scrappage Scheme now the fuel duty is going to £6 a Gallon over the bank holiday and rising in January once the VAT goes up to 20%.
I am with the nations unions leaders on an all out national strike to show to government that the people of the UK are claiming there country back. I don't know about always slagging off the french, but the sooner we as a country fvck off America the better, as they have been nothing but a pain in the ass since WW11
Yeah and of course f***ing socialism is the cure to the countries problems! And before anybody says anything, yes i'm a working class tory boy, nazi loving hitlerite!!!
well shame on you

It was very painful Pegman, and still is,especially every Thursday when i look at my wage slip! If the resentment against the union in our office is anything to go by then striking is finished within Royal Mail!
What if RM announced an 8% pay cut ;a pensions freeze , and the introduction of 6hr walks across the board ?
The union would negotiate a 7.5% pay cut ;a barely noticable thaw in the pension freeze and 5hr45min walks across the board and call it the "deal of the century".
And they would balk at the idea of calling the members out.
Way forward agreement; Our beloved union negotiated an 8% pay cut for OG postmen.
That's a £20 supplement, 14% deduction on allowances, and denial of fully pensionable pay, unless you were a former PHG or union rep.

LOL we have 2 out of the 3 now, a big pension deficit, and 6 hours deliveries, just waiting for our 8% wage cut....

You need to get organised and build a trades union to defend and improve your T&C's

I thought we did but admittedly they do have a "Ben Tre" approach to our T&Cs.
