I am going to research this as I don't think you can. I think, though I may be wrong, that FOI can only be applied to Public Bodies, or companies owned by Public Bodies.

I was just trying to make a point that in terms of percentages the number of posties sacked for criminal activities is probably around the average for criminal activities throughout the general population. Express Newspapers would not be any different.
