I had a 'Saturday Guaranteed' for a hospital I deliver to on Saturday. Even though the post room there is closed on Saturdays, I was instructed to attempt it anyway, just in case...Yep, you guessed it. No one there!

We have quite a number of SG for delivery - the postman is instructed to take it and in the event of non delivery it should be shown as attempted no access if there is nobody to sign for it - just like any other day.

yup,all SG SD should be attempted delivery as the customer has paid extra for this(like 9am SD's)
as it could be that on the particular day someone is in for that specific item
