Whatever the content of the agreement people should remember that 6 months ago weren't even talking to the CWU. The key is going to be how tight the words are. Wait before you cast judgement
Well that's just ace, 6 months ago they weren't talking to the CWU, so now they ARE talking RM get what they wanted i.e. a strike free christmas without any agreement, still EA in the provinces, still bullying and harassment, still a management convinced that the 2007 agreement gives them licence to foist any old system at any time anywhere on anyone BUT the good news is they are talking to the CWU - that makes me feel so much better

Don't blame Higson - his job is to get a service as cheaply as possible with bullying, harrassment. poor quality of service and to negotiate to get that - having said that he wasn't exactly intellectually challenged was he? 'nother ham sandwich Dave and a call off of the strikes - yes please - right we'll call than an agreement then - it is binding because that's real butter on there - OK, I'll just go and sell it to the mugs who pay me £100k a year, by the way nice ham that - yes Dave it was buy one get one free - you got the free one - so this didn't cost us a penny.
