Well said! For myself i dont give a sh*t what they take home as long as they earn it in the short term. But not enough is said about our local REPS and the work they do unpaid without thanks from us! And whilst i hate bonuses i would like a system where they get money voted to them each year for a job well done. I know thats not what Trade Unionism is all about but f*ck it! Buying a pint for my hard working REP is not enough and i would rather the money went to him than "New Liebour."
Bloody right it's not enough, you skinflint, buy him two................and a short as well! Don't go as far as a hug, he might get the wrong impression :Very Happy

Lets wait and see how much MPs award themselves before we start on the Union Leaders, at least they represent us, unlike our MP's who represent us least.
