Got bitten on the inner thigh many moons ago by a twat of a sausage dog. Owners pleaded innocent and still let it roam out on its own.

Some months later, it was wandering about but had developed a big lump in its neck. Unprovoked, and unforgotten, I gave it a big kick in the lump with me size 10 boots.

Schadenfreude or what?

Never saw it again.

The newspaper article was shown on News 24 just now, must be a slow news day
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

- one is a Abyssinian Cat , there 's another cat owner who found a present of a snake on her bed - think that's a vole that the cat caught going by the size of it's tail and it's eyes :hmmmm

Photographers were " Jensbraggia " & " miskypig " on Flickr

That's a red squirrel  my cat (who looks exactly like that one) usually kills grey squirrels

The pictures were taken in the states , I think ! - one lady said she's had to bury a lot of bodies , she says her garden must be well fertilized .

My cat chased a squirrel into the front room, the squirrel promptly legged it up the curtains and was perched on the end of the curtain pole like a finial

don't get me wrong on this - but the lump on it's neck might have been cancer :hmmmm - apparently pedigree animals can run up big vet's bills , mongrels are more robust . Maybe the owners had to have it put down :hmmmm
