Yup PO crap is bad ,but I'll let PO folks sound off on that. My query was about pensions, 18 months of EA on pensions and not a single effective response.
True I'm bitter ,five years more work for even less money at the end. Somebody give me a reason why I should pay a weekly fee to achieve this?

Any chance of posting this article on the Socialist Unity website. I am sure ex SWP, Respect and independent progressives would be interested in this article especially the bit about Jane Loftus especially after her silence during last years strike/agreement and the fact the SWP were telling independent Respect members to shut up and follow their party line. So far they have only posted stuff on Burslem strikers and it's about time we stopped just discussing these issues amongst ourselves and get the message out to a wider audience 'cos we'll need thier support if we want to seriously fight back.

We get thew leaders we deserve; apathy or activity. :evil/mad

As far as I know Lord Mandelson HAS NOT called for Royal Mail to be privatised, the comments that were quoted were from "some time ago" according to Mr Mandelson.

It has also been said that as soon as he arrived at the BERR, he wanted the tendering for POCA scrapped. And it happened. He may not be the devil that you lot make out!

Wrong mandleson has said he wanted private capital bought into Royal Mail and someother major players in the labour leadership have as well including in the talks on warwick 2 . Mandleson is clever enough to use other ways to leak his perfered option for Royal Mail. However face to face meetings have been had and the facts cant be denied.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
