not many in our office doing the job as they should ,138 walks,2 mini buses 2 get us out lol ,they only need 1 piss poor should never have stopped the rollin strikes it would have been over by now .theve been on ot all weekend at mc and at do plenty of bag meets in the morn shame theres only few of us who gives a shitwe need 2 force these 2 pr*cks out :lfo :cfo

One of the line managers said yesterday, as there are 3 out of 12 on our section only doing the job properly, it is now costing them in man hours and shuttling the timed bags down to our walks
one of the postman is being asked if he wants a trolley!
Something is been planned by the mangerment on monday.
I got a feeling we will have to have our full breaks at 8.40 until 9.20am
It is taking me until 9.30 to throw out my walk and then a hour to prep up my drop bags and the bags i am taking out.
Its a pity still people are getting in early, rushing around busting a cut to finish early.
I had to go back with a recorded delivery and guess what??????

my mail was still in the fitting!
another bad day tomorrow!!!!

One of our lovely ladies asked for a trolley --- was told 3 month wait!!!!!!!!!!!

To be fair mate I've banged my head in a brick wall trying to convince people in our office.The full timers stuck to it but alot of the part timers carried on coming in early.Its frustrating but it seems some people are just stupid.
